Refunds & Returns

If you ever receive a damaged item from us, please remember that we are here to assist you.
 

To begin resolving this issue, kindly take a photo of the item that clearly shows the damage. This will help us understand the problem and move the process forward for you. Please reach out with 7 days of delivery by contacting us and attaching the image. 
 

Please keep in mind that each piece is one-of-a-kind, and we may not be able to replace the broken item. If a replacement isn't possible, we are more than willing to issue a refund.
 

We also ask that when purchasing rings, you ensure you know the correct size you need.
 

Please note that refunds or returns do not apply if the item has been dropped or knocked, leading to damage, whilst being worn. While stone is quite durable, it can break or chip if not handled with care.
 

We invite you to explore our website and choose your items thoughtfully. However, please be aware that we do not offer refunds for online purchases if you change your mind or if your circumstances change.
